UK Conditions
1.We deliver to all UK destinations, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, & Scilly Isles.

2. Delivery is by Royal Mail or Parcelforce couriers.

3. Delivery charges are based on weight of your order, destination and delivery speed. Our online store will calculate exact delivery charges once you’ve added items to basket and selected a delivery method.

4. Once your order has been placed and confirmed we will aim to dispatch ‘in stock’ orders within 3 business days, quicker if possible.
You should expect to receive your goods 1 – 7 working days after dispatch depending on shipping method selected. Delivery times on all postage options is only a guide and is not guaranteed except for Special Next Day services to UK mainland.

5. Our office is closed at weekends so orders received during this time will be processed commencing the following Monday. Deliveries are usually during working hours Monday to Friday.

6. Although we always make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays are occasionally inevitable and we have no control over it. As we use third parties(Royal Mail & Parcelforce) for all our postal services we are subject to their terms and conditions.

7. Our next day service is only guaranteed for UK mainland addresses.
Cut off time for next day delivery is 12 noon. Orders received after this time will be dispatched following day.

8. The time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and any failure by us to make delivery on any particular date shall not entitle the customer to terminate this agreement or refuse the delivery or to claim for any expenses, loss of profits or other consequential losses whatsoever.

9. No contract will exist between us and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and dispatch of the goods.

10. If stock is not available and we are therefore unable to deliver within our usual delivery time, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative product or a refund for out of stock item(s) or the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

11. If an incorrect address has been given to us with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred for redelivery. Please ensure you enter the correct postcode during checkout.

12. If you have not yet received your order and feel that you should have done by this time, please feel free to contact us & we will help all we can.
The majority of the time when this happens, items are actually awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office. 'While you were out' cards should be left by your postman but we can assure you that this is not always the case! Please make contact with your local sorting office to see if anything is awaiting collection for you.

13. In the unfortunate case of a product being lost in the post, we will seek compensation from Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and if they declare your order lost we will offer a full refund.

14. If for any reason your order is returned to us by Royal Mail or Parcelforce because they can't complete a delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer for redelivery or deduct delivery charges from refund of order depending on exact reasons for non-delivery.

We accept orders from and deliver to the following countries outside of UK:-
Belgium, Netherlands And Luxembourg France, Germany, Denmark, Monaco, Italy, Spain, Portugal And Greece
Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Norway
Poland, San Marino, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Cyprus, Iceland.

Orders dispatched to these countries usually takes between 4 – 10 business days to arrive.

We DO NOT deliver to USA  or any other worldwide destinations.
We reserve the right to cancel any order received from a country we do not deliver to.
